Agricoltori e funzionari agricoli di ogni tipo invocano cos\u00ec forte e regolarmente la \u201criduzione della burocrazia\u201d che il consumatore medio di media ha ormai interiorizzato l&#8217;UE come il cattivo burocrate di turno. Ma il punto \u00e8 che il settore agricolo stesso ha creato questo mostro e da allora lo nutre.  <\/p><p><strong>La burocrazia ama la routine \u2013 e impedisce il cambiamento necessario<\/strong><br>Come tutte le burocrazie, anche quella agricola, cresciuta per decenni, trae la sua legittimit\u00e0 dal controllo amministrativo di complessi interventi di mercato, come sussidi o quote. Per questo motivo, non ha fondamentalmente alcun interesse per processi pi\u00f9 snelli e strumenti semplici. Ecco perch\u00e9 la burocrazia agricola difende le proprie aree di competenza, come la consulenza sui pesticidi, invece di promuovere sistemi di coltivazione che garantiscano la biodiversit\u00e0 e siano meno vulnerabili a parassiti ed eventi dannosi.
